Final Dividend
TBL has announced a Final Dividend of 45 butus (Exchange Rate is D27 to US$1) per share in respect of its financial year ended December 31, 2009.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Thursday, May 6, 2010 will qualify for the final dividend of 45 butus per share which would be approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, May 7, 2010.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after Tuesday, May 4, 2010 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend of 45 butus per share will be paid on Tuesday, May 11, 2010.
