Final Dividend
PZ has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.0136 per share in respect of its financial year ended May 31, 2010.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of PZ at the close of business on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 will qualify for the final dividend of GH¢0.0136 per share which would be approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Wednesday, October 20, 2010 to Friday, October 22, 2010 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, October 15, 2010. Consequently, an investor purchasing PZ shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying PZ shares on or after Friday, October 15, 2010 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend of GH¢0.0136 per share will be paid from Tuesday, November 30, 2010.
