Final Dividend
SPL has announced a Final Dividend of GH¢0.0014 per share in respect of the 2011 financial year which was approved at the company’s recent annual general meeting.
Qualifying date
Members registered in the books of SPL at the close of business on Thursday, December 13, 2012 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, December 14, 2012.
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Consequently, an investor purchasing SPL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SPL shares on or after Tuesday, December 11, 2012 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Thursday, December 20, 2012.
