AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 402,315,369 as at October 30, 2013. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in October 2013 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (October 2013) – 41,057 ordinary shares
Bokamoso ESOP Trust (October 2013) – 3,196 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 49,007,725,649.88 South African Rand.
