This is with reference to the Press Release- PR. No. 298/2016 regarding the book closure announcement of PZ Cussons Ghana Ltd.
Final Dividend
The payment of final dividend is hereby corrected to 0.1148 Ghana pesewas per share as stated in the Company’s Annual Report which would further be applied as 0.0011 Ghana Pesewas per share in respect of the financial year ended May 31, 2016.
All other information in the earlier Press Release is maintained as same.
