AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 383,110,317 as at July 31, 2012. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in September, 2012 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (September 2012) – 196,856 ordinary shares
Bokamoso ESOP Trust (September 2012) – 898 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 46,483,797,632.67 South African Rand.
