• To receive and consider the Reports of the Director, Auditors and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended May 31, 2014.
• To appoint Directors.
• To re-elect Directors.
• To fix the remuneration of the Directors.
• To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuing year.
