Final Dividend
TOTAL has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.69 per share before tax in respect of its financial year ended December 31, 2012.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of TOTAL at the close of business on Thursday, July 18, 2013 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Friday, July 19, 2013 to Wednesday, July 24, 2013 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Consequently, an investor purchasing TOTAL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TOTAL shares on or after Tuesday, July 16, 2013 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend will be paid from Friday, July 26, 2013.
