AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 383,709,366 as at April 30, 2013. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in April 2013 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (April 2013) – 81,767 ordinary shares
Bokamoso ESOP Trust (April) – 931 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 46,726,690,207.10 South African Rand.
