Final Dividend
AYRTN has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.00210 per share in respect of its financial year ended September 30, 2010.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of AYRTN at the close of business on Monday, March 28, 2011 will qualify for the final dividend if approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, March 29, 2011 to Thursday, March 31, 2011, both dates inclusive.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Thursday, March 24, 2011. Consequently, an investor purchasing AYRTN shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying AYRTN shares on or after Thursday, March 24, 2011 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend of GH¢0.00210 per share will be paid on Friday, May 2, 2011.
Annual General Meeting
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Osu Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Hall on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at 10 am.
