Dividend

SCB has announced a dividend of GH¢0.0642 per preference share in respect of the dividend period 31st March, 2014 to 30th September, 2014.  

Qualifying date

All preference shareholders registered in the books of SCB at the close of business on Monday, 15th September, 2014 will qualify for the dividend.

Closure of Register
The Register of preference shareholders will be closed on Tuesday, 16th September, 2014.
 
Ex-Dividend Date

The ex-dividend date has been set as Thursday, 11th September, 2014. Consequently, an investor purchasing SCB preference shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend. However, an investor buying SCB preference shares on or after Thursday, 11th September, 2014will not be entitled to the dividend.

Dividend Payment Date
The dividend of GH¢0.0642 per preference share will be paid on Tuesday, 30th September, 2014.
