Resignation of a Director
Mr. Ziobeieton Yeo resigned as the Managing Director of Unilever Ghana Limited
effective 1 st November 2018.
Appointment of a Directors
Mr. Mike Ubeh was appointed as the Customer Development Director effective 1 st November 2018. Mrs. Gladys Amoah, formerly the Customer Development Director and member of the Board has been promoted to the position of Managing Director effective 1 st November 2018 and remains on the Board.
