Final Dividend
SIC announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a of GH¢0.0153 per share for the financial year ended December 31,2020.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of SIC at the close of business on Friday December 10, 2021, will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, December 13, 2021, to Tuesday December 14,2021, both days inclusive.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Consequently, an investor purchasing SIC shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SIC shares on or after Wednesday December 8, 2021, will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Friday, February 4, 2022.
