GOIL announces that the Company’s Board at its 466th Emergency Board Meeting held on Friday, 29th November, 2019 unanimously passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Kwame Osei Prempeh, the current Acting Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director as the substantive Group Chief Executive Officer and the Managing Director of GOIL Company Limited.
