Interim Dividend
TBL announces an Interim Dividend of Fifteen (15) bututs (D0.15) per share for the 2018 financial year (Exchange rate is D49.90 to US$1).
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Thursday,4 th October, 2018 will qualify for the interim dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, 5th October, 2018.
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, 2nd October, 2018. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the interim dividend.
However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after this date will not be entitled to the interim dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The interim dividend will be paid on 12th October, 2018.
