SPL announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Osu Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Hall, Accra on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 10.00 am to transact the following business:
1. To receive and adopt the Reports of the Directors, the Auditors and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2014.
2. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
