EGL announce that the following persons have been appointed as Directors of the company:
1. Cleland C. Bruce, Group Chief Operations Officer;
2. Daniel Larbi-Tieku, Group Chief Finance Officer; and
3. Fiifi Kwakye, a Non-Executive Director.
Brief Profile
Mr. Bruce was the Executive Director of Enterprise Life until his appointment as Group Chief Operations Officer in January this year. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Ghana. He has over 30 years experience and has served as Vice President of the Ghana Insurance Association.
Mr. Larbi-Tieku was the General Manager, Finance in Enterprise Life until his appointment as Group Chief Financial Officer in January this year. Prior to joining Enterprise Life, he was the Finance Director for Coca-Cola Bottling Company. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants and a member of ICA (Ghana).
Mr. Kwakye is a member of ICA (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana) and an Investment Representative of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has over 25 years experience in the public and private sectors, and currently chairs the Boards of Enterprise Life and Enterprise Trustees.
4. Mr. Emmanuel Idun has resigned from the Board.
