AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased to 383,312,448 as at November 30, 2012. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in November, 2012 on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
The issued shares are as detailed below:
AGA Share Incentive Scheme (October 2012) – 37,167 ordinary shares
Bokamoso ESOP Trust (October 2012) – 121,388 ordinary shares
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased to 46,558,449,619.55 South African Rand.
