SIC announces that following the resignation of Mr. Benjamin Acolatse, the Managing Director; Mrs. Doris Awo Nkani has been appointed by the Board as Acting Managing Director with effect from May 4, 2012.
Mr. Musah Abdulai who was appointed as Acting Deputy Managing Director (Finance and Administration) was confirmed as the Deputy Managing Director (Finance and Administration) by the Board on October 17, 2012.
The former Auditors of the Company, Deloitte and Touche were changed at the Annual General Meeting held on July 26, 2012. They have been replaced by Messrs. Panell Kerr and Forster.
