HFC has added 112,420,246 ordinary shares to the company’s number of issued shares. This brings the total number of issued shares to 296,080,918. The stated capital has also gone up from GH¢45,000,624 to GH¢95,000,624.
This was as a result of the issuance and allotment of shares to a number of investors under its private placement concluded in November 2012.
