CPC announces for the information of the general investing public the appointment of Nana Agyenim Boateng as the Acting Managing Director of the company pending the appointment of a substantive Managing Director with effect from 18th September,
2017.
Nana Agyenim Boateng was until this appointment the Deputy Chief Executive (Operations) of the Produce Buying Company Limited. He replaces Mr. Frank Adu
Asante, who has been acting as Managing Director since 31st January, 2017.
