Interim Dividend
TBL announces an Interim Dividend of Twenty-Five (25) bututs (D0.25) per share for the 2019 financial year. (Exchange rate is D51 to $1)
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Monday, 14th October, 2019 will qualify for the Interim dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Tuesday, 15th October, 2019.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Thursday, 10th October, 2019. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the Interim dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after Thursday, 10th October, 2019 will not be entitled to the Interim dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The Interim dividend will be paid on Monday, 21st October, 2019.
