FINAL DIVIDEND
TBL has announced a final dividend of Twenty-five (25) bututs (D0.25) per share for the 2020 financial year (Exchange rate is D51.80 to $1).
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Thursday 16th September 2021 will qualify for the final dividend of Twenty-five (25) bututs per share.
Closure of Register
The register of shareholders will be closed on Friday 17th September 2021.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday 14th September 2021. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after this date will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend of Twenty-five (25) bututs per share will be paid on 23rd September 2021.
