Interim Dividend
AGA announces that the Company’s Directors have declared Dividend No.123 for the six months ended June 30, 2021. The net dividend declared per share is 69.60 South African cents (Gross 87 South African cent less 20% tax) which will be converted on Monday,23 August 2021.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of AGA at the close of business on Friday, August 27, 2021, will qualify for the interim dividend.
Closure Date
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, 30 August 2021 to Tuesday, 31 August 2021. (Both dates inclusive)
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Consequently, an investor purchasing AGA shares before this date will be entitled to the interim dividend. However, an investor buying AGA shares on or after Wednesday, August 25, 2021will not be entitled to the interim dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The interim dividend will be paid on Friday, September 10, 2021.
