AGA has announced an increase in its share capital.
The issued ordinary shares of AGA increased from 381,850,470 as at September 30, 2011 to 381,870,944 as at October 31, 2011. This was as a result of the issue and listing of additional ordinary shares in October on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, South Africa.
By this arrangement, AGA share capital has also been increased from 46,050,103,406.41 South African Rand to 46,054,133,042.60 South African Rand at October, 2011.
The shares were issued pursuant to: AGA Share Incentive Scheme (October 2011) – 19,816 ordinary shares and Bokamoso ESOP Trust (October 2011) – 658 ordinary shares.
