SIC announces the resignation of the Chairperson of the Board, Mrs. Felicity Acquah on grounds of extensive commitments that will hinder her continued performance on the Board. The resignation took effect from September 30, 2014.
The Board at its emergency meeting held on September 30, 2014, elected one of its members, Dr. Sydney Laryea to act as Chairman.
