SCB has informed the Exchange that the Preference Share dividend in respect of the period September 30, 2014 to March 30, 2015 for preference shareholders will be paid in March 2015.
Should the Directors of the Bank decide to recommend the payment of dividend, the preference dividend rate applicable and the dividend amount will be as follows:-
Dividend Rate – 29.3982%
Dividend Amount – GH¢0.0758 per preference share.
The book closure date regarding the declaration of dividend would be announced later.
