UTB has added 154,273,333 ordinary shares to its number of issued shares. This brings the total number of issued shares to 456,310,181. The stated capital has also gone up to GH¢85,275,000.
This was as a result of the issuance and allotment of shares to a number of investors under its recent private placement.
