SCB has informed the Exchange that the Preference Share dividend in respect of the period September 20, 2013 to March 30, 2014 for preference shareholders will be paid in March 2014.
Should the Directors of the Bank decide to recommend the payment of dividend, the preference dividend rate applicable and the dividend amount will be as follows:-
Dividend Rate – 24.34%
Dividend Amount – GH¢0.0631 per preference share.
The book closure date regarding the declaration of dividend would be announced later.
