TOTAL wishes to announce to the general investing public a change in the membership of the Board of Directors. Mr. Damien de la Fayolle has been appointed as a Board of the Company with effect from 1st July 2021. Mr. Damien de la Fayolle replaces Mr. Alain Vedier who has been re-assigned within the Total Group.
