CPC announces the appointment of the under listed persons as Directors and Company Secretary.
1. DR. STEPHEN KWABENA OPUNI – DIRECTOR
Dr. Stephen Kwabena Opuni is the Chief Executive of Ghana Cocoa Board. He has replaced Mr. Tony Fofie, the former Chief Executive of Ghana Cocoa Board, who resigned from the CPC Board with effect from February, 2014 upon his retirement as Chief Executive of Ghana Cocoa Board. Dr. Opuni was appointed as Director of CPC Board on 26th March, 2014.
2. MR. JACOB OFOSU-KOREE – DIRECTOR
Mr. Jacob Ofosu-Koree is the Ag. Managing Director of Cocoa Marketing Company Limited. He has replace Nana-Oduro Owusu, who has been appointed as Managing Director of Cocoa Processing Company Limited.
Mr. Ofosu-Koree was appointed as a Director of CPC Board on 28th May, 2014.
3. MRS. AIMEE MWINILA YUORI – SECRETARY
Mrs. Aimee Mwinila Yuori is a Lawyer by profession and was appointed as Board Secretary on 3rd February, 2014. She has replaced Mr. Stephen Ofori-Adjei (Solicitor Secretary) who has retired.
