Final Dividend
SPL announces the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.0022 per share for the 2013 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of SPL at the close of business on Thursday, 26th September, 2013 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of Shareholders will be closed on Friday, 27th September, 2013.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, 24th September, 2013. Consequently, an investor purchasing SPL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SPL shares on or after Tuesday, 24th September, 2013 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on 8th October, 2013.
