ACI has listed an additional 4,163,264 ordinary shares. This was issued as consideration for an equity stake. The price for the transaction was GH¢0.25 per share.
This brings the total number of listed ordinary shares from 32,440,000 to 36,500,264 and a Stated Capital of GH¢1,505,455.
