Aluworks Limited has informed the GSE that it has not been able to submit its December 2018 year-end financial statements, due to some held back challenges.
The company indicated that they are yet to receive confirmation of completion of the audit processes from their external auditors.
Aluworks reckon that the finalization and approval processes will be completed and thereafter submitted to the Exchange by August 30, 2019.
