PBC Limited has informed the GSE that the company has not been able to submit its September 2018 year-end, first quarter December 2018 as well as second quarter March 2019 financial statements due a number of factors including a delay in completing the audit of one of its subsidiaries, PBC Shea Limited, Buipe.
The company indicated that the actual audit exercise of PBC Limited and its subsidiaries have been completed and the draft accounts issued. The external Auditors are expected to submit a final draft shortly and subsequently, PBC Board is expected to review and approve same.
PBC reckon that the finalization and approval processes will be completed and thereafter submitted to the Exchange before the end of July 2019.
