Final Dividend
GOIL announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.045 per share for the 2020 financial year.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of GOIL at the close of business on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure Date
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Wednesday 23 to Thursday 24 June 2021. (Both dates inclusive)
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, June 18, 2021. Consequently, an investor purchasing GOIL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying GOIL shares on or after Friday, June 18, 2021 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
Annual General Meeting
GOIL announces to the general investing public that its Annual General Meeting will be held virtually and streamed live at https://www.goilagm.com on Thursday, June 24 at 11am.
