CAL Brokers, the Lead Manager’s of the Meridian-Marshalls Holdings Initial Public Offer (IPO) has announced the results of the IPO as per the attached.
It is expected that the listing and the first day of trading of MMH shares on the Ghana Alternative Market (GAX) will be on the 2nd July, 2015.
