Final Dividend
EGL announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.062 per share for the 2020 financial year.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of EGL at the close of business on Friday, June 18, 2021 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure Date
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, June 21, 2021 to Tuesday, June 22, 2021. (Both dates inclusive)
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Consequently, an investor purchasing EGL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying EGL shares on or after Wednesday, May 12, 2021 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
Annual General Meeting
EGL announces to the general investing that its Virtual Annual General Meeting will be held at the Head Office in Ridge, Accra, Advantage Place on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.
