MAC has added 240,000 ordinary shares to the company’s number of issued shares on the Official List. The additional shares were issued following MAC shareholders’ approval for a debt to equity conversion in favour of Databank EPACK Investment Fund Limited granted at the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2016.
The number of issued shares of MAC on the Official List has accordingly gone up to 9,948,576.
