1. The end of the tenure of Mr. Vincent Dela Selormey as Independent NonExecutive Director and Mr. Frank W.K. Beecham as Chairman of the Board
effective February 28, 2022 and May 31, 2022, respectively.
2. The Appointment of Ms. Ama Sarpong Bawuah as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Access Bank (Ghana) PLC effective June 1, 2022.
