Final Dividend
GOIL has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.015 per share in respect of the December, 2012 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of GOIL at the close of business on Thursday, August 15, 2013 will qualify for the dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, August 16, 2013.
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Consequently, an investor purchasing GOIL shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend. However, an investor buying GOIL shares on or after Tuesday, August 13, 2013 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The dividend will be paid from Friday, August 30, 2013.
Annual General Meeting
AGM of GOIL will be held on Thursday, 25th July, 2013 at the Auditorium, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ridge, Accra at 11.00 A.M.
