Final Dividend
MLC announces that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.01 per share in respect of the 2015 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of MLC at the close of business on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 will qualify for the dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Thursday, June 16, 2016 to Friday, June 17, 2016 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Monday, June 13, 2016. Consequently, an investor purchasing MLC shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend. However, an investor buying MLC shares on or after Monday, June 13, 2016 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The dividend will be paid from Friday, July 15, 2016.
