EGH announces that at the Bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 appointed Mrs. Felicity Acquah to serve on the Board. The appointment was ratified at the last Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on Friday, May 6, 2016.
Mrs. Felicity Acquah was nominated by the Parent Company, Ecobank Transnational Incorporated.
