Final Dividend
MAC announces that the shareholders of the company have approved a final dividend of GH¢0.06 per share in respect of its financial year ended December 31, 2015.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of MAC at the close of business on Friday, 3rd June, 2016 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, 6th June, 2016 to Tuesday, 7th June, 2016 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, 1st June, 2016. Consequently, an investor purchasing MAC shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying MAC shares on or after Wednesday, 1st June, 2016 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Tuesday 14th June, 2016.
