Final Dividend
MLC has announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GH¢0.015 per share in respect of the 2012 financial year.
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of MLC at the close of business on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 will qualify for the dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Wednesday, June 26, 2013 to Friday, June 28, 2013 (both dates inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, June 21, 2013. Consequently, an investor purchasing MLC shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend. However, an investor buying MLC shares on or after Friday, June 21, 2013 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The dividend will be paid from Friday, July 19, 2013.
