NTHC Registrar Services, the Registrar’s of AngloGold Ashanti Limited (AGA) announces that AGA has declared a 1st Quarter 2013 dividend of 50 South African cents per share.
The converted Dividend of 50 South African cents per share is as follows:

AngloGold Ashanti (AGA) 0.0874; and
AngloGold Ashanti Depositary (AADS) 0.0009
NTHC wishes to state that, they did not receive the rate of dividend declared in time as such could not inform the investing public earlier.
The 1st Quarter 2013 dividend would be paid to all members registered in the books of the company as at the close of business on Friday, 24th May, 2013. The payment date is Monday, 17th June, 2013.
