Final Dividend
GOIL has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.025 per share in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2015 to be approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of GOIL at the close of business on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 will qualify for the dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of Members in view of its on-going Rights Issue will be closed on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Monday, May 9, 2016. Consequently, an investor purchasing GOIL shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend. However, an investor buying GOIL shares on or after Monday, May 9, 2016 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid from Friday, June 24, 2016.
