Final Dividend
TBL announces a Final Dividend of Thirty bututs (D0.30) per share for the 2016 financial year (Exchange rate is D50.00 to US$1).
Qualifying date
All shareholders registered in the books of TBL at the close of business on Thursday, 11th May, 2017 will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed on Friday, 12th May, 2017.
Ex-Dividend Date
The ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, 9th May, 2017. Consequently, an investor purchasing TBL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TBL shares on or after Tuesday, 9th May, 2017 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend Payment Date
The final dividend will be paid on Thursday, 18th May, 2017.
