HFC has announced the following:
i. The election of Mr. Paul King Aryene and Mr. Ebenezer Tetteh Tagoe as Independent Directors of the Board at the bank’s annual general meeting held on Thursday, April 23, 2015.
ii. At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank on Thursday, April 23, 2015, Professor Joshua Alabi, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies and one of the two SSNIT representatives on the Board was appointed as Chairman of the Board.
