Final Dividend
TOTAL has announced a final dividend of GH¢0.6759 per share in respect of its financial year ended December 31, 2010.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of TOTAL at the close of business on Monday, July 18, 2011 will qualify for the final dividend of GH¢0.6759 per share if approved at the Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Register
The Register of shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, July 19, 2011 to Monday, July 25, 2011, both dates inclusive.
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Friday, July 15, 2011. Consequently, an investor purchasing TOTAL shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying TOTAL shares on or after Tuesday, July 15, 2011 will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Dividend payment date
The final dividend of GH¢0.6759 per share will be paid on Tuesday, July 26, 2011.
Annual General Meeting
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at The National Theatre.
